Day 2 - Plankton. Featured Artist Rebecca Welti. Starting again in the morning hours of as the tide recedes, our sand rakers will help bring the microscopic plankton to the macroscale. The beaches in front of the Chinook Winds Casino Resort, which lie within the Cascade Head Biosphere Reserve will temporarily be transformed in Day 2 of “Art-on-the-Beach”. As they say the tide waits for no one, so be sure to come out and see the the ocean shore as it serves as a giant canvas, featuring art that will connect you to the ocean in a brand new way. Art on the Beach is a collaboration between the Cascade Head Biosphere Reserve, the 4CAST Project and their community partners, the Chinook Winds Casino Resort and Explore Lincoln City.
